The IPIFF Annual Event gives organisations the opportunity to profile themselves and rub shoulders with Europe’s foremost executives in agriculture, as well as with high-level EU policy-makers. This year’s event will be 8 December 2026 in the European Parliament.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Full sponsorship:
- The company logo, as well as a short description, will be displayed on all IPIFF communication materials (e.g. email marketing, social media, website).
- Sponsors will also be profiled in the Parliament Magazine articles dedicated to our event.
- During the event, your company logo will be displayed in the video setting of the conference room in the European Parliament.
- Information materials about your company will be personally distributed for all participants.
The company will be mentioned in the introductory and concluding speeches. A company video can be broadcast during the coffee and lunch breaks (3 mins).
Price: 2,000 EUR for IPIFF Members, 3000 EUR for non-members.
Gold sponsorship:
This option offers you a standing banner beside the main conference hall.
- This option offers the same benefits as the full sponsorship.
- A standing banner promoting your company will be displayed in the conference hall inside the European Parliament.
- On top of which the sponsoring organisation will be offered a speaking slot/ Sponsored Panel Discussion during the event (the format and timing of the concerned speaking slot will be suggested by the event organisers).
Price: 4000 EUR for IPIFF Members, 5000 EUR for non-members.
