IPIFF contribution on the development of a European Protein Plan
[Contribution] The International Platform of Insects for Food & Feed (IPIFF) publishes its contribution paper on the development of a European Protein Plan. The document explains how the insect sector may contribute to respond to the challenge of the EU protein deficit (see chapter 1) and sets a series of general recommendations for the EU protein plan along that line (see chapter 2).
